I'm looking for an easy going independent person to share a house with. Preferably female. The house has two bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen with fritch and gas cooker and a nice little outside area. Your room would have an ensuite bathroom and all the furniture. So ready to move in sometime between 15-30 of October.
The townhouse is on a quiet little street of soi wat umong, suthep road. Just a 10 minute walk to the university and surrounded by little restaurants and coffee places.
The rent would be 3500 baht per month plus water and electricity, and there is a 7000 baht deposit.
Preferably long-term stay.
